evening all , owning a golf is fun lol, it always seems to want for some thing :angry:lol .. anyway ... i have a nasty noise coming from gear box, seems to be from release bearing side!! and noise seems to go when i press down on clutch pedal!! so im gonna change bearing, cap, pushrod and actuating arm.... my question is,, has any one used gsf parts for this job??? is quailty ok?

also can i just pull the pushrod out ,withut anything dropping into gearbox?
