Title: NEW MEMBER & HOPEFULLY A NEW VW OWNER!

 :cool: Hi guys n girls!

Im Marc,22 from Chesterfield Derbyshire & im looking into getting my 1st VW :)

Its a Preg 2.0 8v GTi... 100'000 on clock with some service history, really tidy car but needs a few things sorting.

Does any1 have any advice or info on mk3 GTi's??

Anyways, its nice to be here, & look forward to spending my time on the GTi forum!!!

Straight swap for my 1.8 vectra...

Its had a front end "bump"... needs bumper & grill either re-hanging or replacing
Front tyres are worn on outside - so a new set of tyres & tracking
Tax runs out @ end of month

Thats it i think... i need to find out a bit more, but i really want it... its a GTi !!! lol...

Im gonna run a HPI check on it 2 make sure its all good...

I'll keep u all updated  :wink:

Hi Mate,

I was in the same situation......saw it and had to have it. Found a few things wrong with it at first but all sorted and couldn't be happier. :smiley:

You can pick the replacement parts up cheap enough for 'em.
