Title: 'Emissions Workshop' Error Code

Hi

I have a 2003 Bora 1.6, when turning the ignition on, it says emissions workshop in the centre display, the engine managment light stays on and the speedo goes to 15mph. Even when driving whatever speed it still shows 15mph!

Has anyone else had this problem?
Does anyone know what it could be?

Poss EGR Valve???

Mate, did you fix this? what was the problem? I have exact same problem
