Title: noise!!!! weird

hi guys.... ive had a look in the search but i cant find anything that comes remotely close to what ive got! lol

when i pull away with a bit of pull in 1st and sometimes in 2nd gear i get 1 really loud knock (less loud in 2nd) but when i move off slowly nothing!

any ideas would be really appreciated

sounds like an engine mount to me!

front subframe bolt fallen out/loose by chance?

park the car with the handbrake on, grab each front wheel and try to move it to and fro. if either one moves check the subframe bolts into the chassis leg...  :undecided:

Front engine mount, check where the bolts that connect the engine to the gearbox as i had the same thing on my 1.3 after fittin a new gearbox
