Hi guys i probably know a few guys on here ive been on the scene for a few years now i had a corrado lysholm charged that i took to most shows in the uk. I have now sold that and bought a new project a lifelong ambition realised a golf rallye had it a few months just getting a feel for it and deciding which way to take it. I also have a hankering for a small bump quarterlight mk2 16v that needs to be satisfied soon! heres a few pics..
rallye as i got it.

Hi and welcome to the site, good effort with the 'rado.
What's the plan with the rallye?
Looks pretty tidy as is but perhaps a R32 engine and running gear with a dirrrrrrty great big 'charger??

yep thats about the size of it, prob a 20vt for this year just to get some horses under the bay then collect the bits to haldex it. Ive got rims sorted just got to collect them from germany. and get the coilies bolted on!

I like the way your mind works, interested to see the progress.
I'm in the process of getting bits for building my ABF mk2 with a view to putting a s'charger on it eventually. What was your experience of the lysolm charger? I fancy a rotrex but doubt my budget will stretch that far. Thinking more along the lines of Eaton M45 but not looking for crazy crazy power and it is something of shoestring build
