Title: water light on dash board

hi, the water light on the dash wont go out, anyone help? :shocked:

are you running low on water?  if it wont go of and your low on coolant fill it up with the engine running let it run a little put some more in but dont over fill it, turn it off give it a minute or 2 start it up check your water level again  if need be add more.. if the light stays on you've either got a hugh whole somewhere witch will be evident buy the huge puddle under the car...if none of the above help then you must have a dodgey sencor most likely in the expanstion bottle or something..

float in ya expansion tank could be fooked ( if you got a connector on it )

dont worry chris but thanx m8 get it all the time i just let it go over my head, down my trousers ,wipe my ass with it then chuck it back at em....

poor bloke that put this post up is gonna logon in the morning thinking theres all these helpful messages and be totally shocked when he finds out there a full scale slaggin match where is post should be..

matey if your reading this now sorry m8 but to be fair i've given you all the help you need..

and to the OP, also check the wiring to/from the float in the expansion tank.
