They could do, you would need blanking plates though as corrado mirrors mount onto the door rather than infront of the mirror.
Could fit quite easily onto a quarterlight door i would have thought.

anything is possible, but a quick look at your mirrors and a corrado's mirrors should tell you alot about what would be envolved in fitting them.

Probably but it's more the motorised hinge area where it would be a problem I'd have thought.

yes corrado and passat electric mirror looms and motors fit straight into a MK2.  Even the switch works perfectly if you get the earlier square type, its almost the same as a MK2 one just the knob in the middle is a different shape.
Only thing you wont get is the heated glass, VW still sold this as of a year or so ago though, or you can buy heated pads to convert non heated glass off ebay. I have 1 of each on mine and the aftermarket pad heats up just as fast as the gen VAG one :)

Hi, i have been thinking about the heated mirrors for a while now (not bothered about the motors, just the heat). Have you got a link to the mirror pads anywhere? Also, would they just get wired to the battery via a relay, or share the power with the HRW? Could i make some of my own elements?
