Title: upgrading the brakes
Post by: AdamB on 24 June 2003, 19:05
As you are all aware, the front brakes on a mark 1 are pretty poor to say the least. So armed with the technical know how that you guys are about to throw in my direction I plan on changing them.
I am a complete novice on the mechanics of a car, but I'm not afraid to give it a go.
1. what will I need? - Hear G60 brakes should stop me better
2. Where can I get the parts?- I'd rather buy them new
3. Is there anywhere I can get a step by step guide to
    fitting them?
4. Is there any other good info I may not know about?
