Was driving home today, theres a few sweeping bends and some of the roads are quite bumpy (to say the least)
Anyway while turning and /or heavy breaking and/or sharp braking-turning-accelerating, (you guys know wot i mean) i hear a knock not a constant knocking but only a knock when for example the front end squats under breaking or quick turning, WHAT THE HELL IS THIS >:( is everything gonna go wrong now, because I know this aint healthy,
The car in question is 2002 GTI 1.8T (still under warranty) and no its not lowered
If anyone has any ideas please share them, b4 i go to the stealers!
Please Please Please :'(

Suspension isn't my strong point.. but it might be worth checking the front shocks. Obviously do a visual check.. make sure they're not bent or leaking. Then sit on (or push down hard) the front corner so that the shock gives slightly under the weight, then let it spring back up. If it springs up then settles down straight away it should be fine. If it bounces before settling it might be on it's way out.
Other than that it may be bushes, but you're under warranty so take it in and get it looked at properly.
