Ive used Rich's guide to chage a sensor on my 1.8T
BUT where is the sensor on my TDi and how do i change it? :undecided:

In between the airbox and the engine about 1/3 the way down

its easy if you remove the engine cover and the airbox hose to get at it. the plug is awkward but after that easy :smiley:

Well i had to fit a piperX air filter too, so taken the top of the air box off helped accessing the temp sensor.
Deffo alot more difficult to change than the 1.8T and more water pi$$es out too.
But another job done and saved a few quid than a garage doing it

ive changed mine twice and still took my 10 mins to find it in your pic lol the close up pic you see a green bit thats it!
