My old B reg Mk2 3 door has got a black and red/orange stiped interior. I haven't seen any onther cars with this, is is fairly common design??
They need a good clean, but are otherwise immaculate.

Very early spec, just on A's &B's i think?
Mews has the same interior.

yeah its std fitment on all early red MK2 GTIs, so only rare in that there arnt so many early MK2s left on the roads! You also got the same pattern in grey, and possible green. IIRC late MK1s got the same pattern but I think the seats were a slightly different shape?

Yeah mk1's have the same pattern...didnt realise it was used on mk2's as well

Thanks. They came with the Mars red car when I bought it 10 years ago, and the car has been sitting in the garage for the last 8 years. Had a bit of a tidy yesterday and I will probably put them on ebay as I have a Blue 5 door!

If you were closer i'd probably have them!

Yup got them in my (now) black B reg Mk2 gti
