Title: to polish or not to polish

      Help!!! cant make my mind up. Drive a mint mk2 8v on a J running a set off teardrop alloys which are a bit tatty and let the car down. Now then do i have em polished or save me money, its gona cost 60 quid a rim all in. Thing is ive got a project car on the go to cant make me mind up do I save the money towards the project or  have me rims polished ....... ??? ???

You could put the mk2 wheels on your caddy and put the money towards some new wheels for the mk2...

240 to get the existing ones done seems a lot. You could buy a set of mint BBS cross spokes (non-splits) for that sort of money!

      good idea had thought of it but for some unknown reason my minds made up about the choice off wheels for the caddy as weird as it may sound. a set of ronals dont know why but from the minute i seen them on another caddy i was besotted with them i think there pukka on a mk1 and there the ones for me

and yeah still confused ??? ???
