Caddy was finished yonks ago, I refined the Intercooler pipe work route before we finishe it
The owner then ripped out the engine so he could paint the bay back original shell Colour (always changing his mind on colors)  :rolleyes:and asked me to wire it back up which I did

It's now in a bodyshop having other work done and should be on the road property after that

few more bits done

picked up a tiny amount of the new bits i have on order for the build, including the ultrasonically cleaned injectors





Removed old rods.. here you can see them installed



Here you can see Number 4 Conrod removed



ARP Con rod Bolts are a must as this is the most stressed bolt in the entire engine of a car



On this install, ZRP Con rods from TSR were chosen





Forgot to get a picture of them installed  from underneath but ill do this tomorrow

will be more updates in the week, currently cleaning gearbox and making that fresh... not a easy feat on this dirty affair

engine now rebuilt,

hope to have this completed by next weekend

made a bit more progress tonight

gearbox is now fully prepared and half in paint, as are some other bits..

ill get pictures of these tomorrow

Got cam belt and new tensioners fitted today



and got most the pipework and flanges back onot the engine too.. its basically ready to be installed now

just need to fit the sump which has had my trade mark treatment

Con rods fitted picture from underside, also fitted new oil pick up pipe and cleaned out the Oil pump








Here is the Gearbox iv had to clean, she is now half in ;aint (underside finished just top side to do)

oh, also did the Aux belt tensioner full satin Black too and the Starter motor, will get some pictures of these parts tomorrow also.. was late when we finished up
