Only got round to watching the race last night as I don't have an aerial at my new place so had to download it on the iPlayer. Well worth it though. Great Race.

Would love to be a fly on the wall at the RB post race meeting with both drivers! Just glad Hamilton and button showed them how to race each other properly!!!

I had a good chuckle when Martin Whitmarsh said he was surprised to see the RB team hugging Vettel after the race as he wouldn't have been.

my view - Vettel was at fault.  You saw him moving across into webber, who would have had to keep an eye on covering the maclaren round the outside rather than a banzai move up the inside by his team mate.

Re the maclarens racing, Hamilton's use of the word 'surprising' in the press conference was the important one when discussing the short duel.  They had obviously been told to power back and save fuel.  Hamilton's lack of enthusiasm at the flag was understandable.

I wonder if it was the fact that he was upset in a way to be gifted a win from Webber, I know him and Webber are really good friends.
very much doubt it.  Much more likely would be the petulant side of him being bothered that jenson had tried to take his place.  After they'd finished the race, before getting weighed, you could hear jenson trying to council him.

i actually thought it might be a bit more deep then that, in that being the first win without his dad being there, and with lewis making references to his dads birthday. Just crossed my mind...
