just catching up on this thread, those wheels look wicked, when you getting those on pal ?

Hopefully soon mate, just taking my time doing them at home. Think they are 7J and 8J and with the adaptors they should sit nice in the arches.

Not keeping the polished dish and looking at getting some socket head bolts.

Sounds good mate look forward to the pics

Where do you keep finding these rims! I want some cheap ones!

Will look spot on when fitted mate. You need to get to some meets again Alex, been wondering where you are.

Edit; Scrub that mate, just seen the thread for the meet at the end of May.

Thanks buddy. Looking on ebay as a reference for price, £140 for bolts in gold, chrome, etc. I do like the idea of doing it different, the bolts are there to hold the wheel together and for £120 less you can get other bolts. PLUS, the split rim bolts I can find are M7, but the old bolts in the splits are M8.

Haha, scouting around and seeing potential in things :D

Thanks mate, I want these wheels to look awesome and then I can move on to tidying the rest of the car up. Shell will stay matt black, not fussed about it really. The parts (engine, engine parts, subframe, arms, etc, etc) I'm going to refurb and re-wire the bay so it should look a lot nicer this way and a lot more presentable. Its very DIY as it is, but I'm looking to change all this.
