Hello,

Can some1 help? Ive got a golf GTI 8v 3 door.... 1989

I have bought some 40mm SPAX lowering springs that will go on 4 gas struts! wheels are 17's 40profile

Im not 100%...but I reckon they should fit...Maybe a bit of a squeeze though!!!

17's on a mk2 !!! thats pretty big...for looks you should be ok...but for handling you may want to consider something a little smaller (remember the old saying...size isnt everything...and thats coming from someone 6'4"!!! ;))
