Title: Golf GTI over fueling problems.

Hi all.
I've recently bought a 95 golf non runner.
Have a good spark and good compression.
But way to much fuel.
The fuel pump is cutting out after a second or to of priming like it should but the plugs are soaked when I remove them.
Any ideas as to where I should start?
