The set up ( taken from page 3 )
Ko4-022
Ko4-022 manifold. ( iv gone for a tublar manifold)
Oil feed, and return
Water feed, and return lines.
Vr6 maf housing
3" tip
3" downpipe and decat
3" exhaust i have milteck
Big front mount
2.5" pipework for the intercooler
Saab red top injectors
Service , oil etc and coolant
New gaskets for turbo and exhaust etc
And a decent remap
Decent clutch upgrade to cope also worth the g60 lightend flywheel upgrade

Also account fir upgraded brakes from a s3 tt or so. Or 4 pot brembos of a leon fr
Not much change from £1600 ish.

Work has started.

Ko4 on the s3 ready to come off




Size differnce from the tips n turbos lol

getting one in the week! not long rebuilt, everything i need to bolt on, and a badger 5 tip

3" downpipe aswell

hawt stuff! hopefully i can book in to r-tech when im on my way to UD next month as im stayin in leister on the sat, but can stay thurs fri sat if need be  :cool:

Gone but still keeping a close eye on it...

CR hybrid turbo Audi TT injectors / fuel pump, Forge tip,THS FMIC,Carbonio CAI, Full milltek turbo back, N249 bypass, Fully poly bushed, Weitec coils. Genuine R32 front bumper and Genuine R-line rear, Genuine Porsche twists, Anniversary black interior.

Do you need a better exhaust then the standard 1.8T one if you want a re map?

Yeah im hoping to get there soon but everything always seems to take longer than planned.
