Batteries depend on power matey.

What sort of money you talking?

What sort of build you talking? Ie I'm running twin mods in doors will be running 4x 6.5s. Or you just want standard location but upgraded speakers.

What do you want from your system?

I know a guy (distributor) who can get pre built birch ply spare wheel enclosures for descent money. I'll get a link.
