Space saver spare

Hi, just ordered my Mk8 golf GTI, hopefully should arrive next week. Has anyone bought a space saver spare, if so where from? Dont want to be caught out with the can of gunk which doesnt always work

Still considering a space saver. Lots for sale on Ebay. Does anyone know if the stud pattern is the same on all recent Golfs?

Stud pattern on the Golf has been 5x112 since at least the mk5.
