Derv And Subtle Strokes
« on: 26 September 2010, 13:52 »
Picked the new car up today, must say im chuffed with it.

Done a nice little deal on it, slightly more than I ideally wanted to pay but it has been cared for exceptionally and is plenty comfortable.

Its a GT TDi 115
Full History
Remapped to 152
BBS wheels
Heated leather Recaro's
R32 trims indoors
It now has a genuine R32 sterring wheel as opposed to the one in the pic
Carbonio Intake
Miltek from the Turbo back
A/C
Cruise
312mm front brakes

All in all im very pleased, and got 55mpg on the way home even with the odd dose of lead foot!

Just updating here, not done much to the car but stubby aerial should arrive tomorrow. Need a new ABS sensor on the NSR as diagnosed by Toph (cheers man).

No engine fault codes but my MPG could be better in my opinion, don't know where to begin though really.

Slight kerb rash thanks to her indoors so wheel refurb on the cards. Anthracite??

Returning 42-43 on a 15 mile each way drive to work, all motorway  :undecided:

Went to pick up a wing last night stuck at 60 on the A45 (long stretch) as I was in no rush and best achieved was 45?
