Rs6's with a few blobs of silver where am guessing they finished painting them and now are starting to rust? What's the best to clean the alloys back to new and also to seal them?

bilberry wheel cleaner,
poorboys wheel sealant, or any sealant for that matter, pm waxamomo and he'll hook you up with both needed components to make your rims shiney again
