Mk8 Clubsport Squeaking/Creaking noise front right driver side

looking to see if anyone has encountered the same issue im having currently and is either still having the issue or has had it fixed and the issue has gone?.
car has been in to the dealer a fourth time now and is currently still with them as they have no clue what is causing it.
the noise happens on any road type, over speed bumps and mainly at lower speeds especially when turning left as downward force is on right side.
it sounds like an issue with the mount, as its like rubber squeaking/creaking but it sounds like its coming from middle to bottom of suspension.
they can replicate the noise but are scratching heads.
i am at my wits end now & debating rejecting it as i had to do with my Mk8 GTI back in April, never had an issue with VW up until the Mk8, disappointing & frustrated with it all.

Thought I read elsewhere on the forum that top suspension mounts gave problems and had to be replaced. Also special grease needed for some suspension bushes to cure squeaks. Might be the latter if the noise is coming from lower down the suspension.

ive not found that comment on the thread yet but i had a feeling it may be the mounts.
greasing they have tried 3 times on different areas to no avail.
they found a scuff mark on the bottom within the strut last 3rd time it went in and greased it but didnt work so its currently with them now since tuesday and im awaiting an update today.
not hopeful at all

Mine does something like that too.

I've had the dealer look at it but because I couldn't describe under what circumstances it happens they couldn't do much.

Apparently they have looked for any signs of wear that might indicate what the problem is, but couldn't find anything...

Do you have dcc like me?

Hi Fred

Well i had the car back today and so far no noise.
the business manager at my local VW dealer has a clubsport and had the same issue.
the fix they done on both cars was taking the shock absorber ram out of the cylinder and found it was dry, little to no grease.
so they greased it up and adjusted it, the manager there has had no noise after 3 days of driving and i havent had any since having my car back so i just have to monitor it.
they test drove mind yesterday and this morning and had no noise either.
cruise control issue is it?
i dont use it but i know its wide spread and people are rejecting the cars and VW are accepting it as they know no fix is coming soon.

No, I was asking if you have dynamic chassis control... Dcc.

Thanks for the possible fix for the noise though. Might be able to get that looked at.

Apologies Fred i read it wrong.
no i dont have DCC, whats the issue with that?
never had an issue on previous Golfs I've had it on.
yeah id say to mention it to your dealer as it seems so far to fix it.

I had mine done.  Non-DCC ClubSport.  A different grease was used.

It was me and yes 2 top mounts and then NSF strut exploded

Well I'm hoping for no rupturing of struts tbh.
they explained they used a certain type of grease on the bellow inside the shock absorber then had to readjust the arm back into the cylinder.
i haven't been out in it yet today but no noise as of yesterday and day before
