I'm not expecting it to be under £1000. Just wondered if it would drop more than a couple hundred.

I'm not going to wait now, spoke to a few insurance peeps and they can't see it dropping a significant amount if I waited.

Its either the above quote with Adrian Flux or HIC. Waiting to hear back from Danny. Spoke to HIC before and they said they won't ever be better than A.F, but we'll see what Danny at HIC can do.

The only thing worth waiting for is the NCB.

If it makes u feel better, im now 22 but pay more than £1000. So your not the only one getting hit by the price increases!

Why thank you sir!

I am happy with my quote tbh, its £700 less than last year (so far) and I'm not done hunting around yet  Although I don't think I will get it any lower than it is now.

I'm with HIC - did come out better than Flux, but then turns out they are underwritten / sister company so so't compete with them I think Danny said when he was on the phone to us

Yeah that's the other HIC guy said, if Adrian Flux have quoted you already, we won't beat it :(

Either way, I got a good quote from Flux and HIC seem useless to me! Have called like 5 times, left messages each time and still not been called back yet, so I have given up with HIC. Kept being told I would be called back asap then when I call up an hour later, the people I need to speak to are gone and I have to wait another day! Sh!te.
