Possibility of getting back in a company car again so would be very tempted by a 125D M-Sport....

To be honest mate, I think a trip to the dark side is guaranteed, it will either be a twin turbo diesel or a twin turbo petrol

My Mrs currently drives a swift with go faster stripes over it. She loves it and is looking at a new one.

I'm working on it also changed my mind to the A1, but it will also depend on the pram ?? Decisions decisions

Sorry was referring to Mr GTD who had the souped up Swift

I would have a drive of both cars......

The economy on the 125d will will be in the 45-55 mpg range from what I've heard from other owners. My average is about 33mpg on the 1500 miles I've put on it so far. The diesel version is 2k more than the petrol one from memory. If I had opted for the diesel I would probably have broken even in about 3-4 years with the fuel savings made. As I will only keep for the car for that long I opted for the petrol

Got a 330d M-Sport Touring next week for an extended test drive, it's going to make the 320d feel a it flat when it get it by comparison though

The 320d is a great engine. My dad had one of these (previous generation 3 series) and it very quick and had excellent economy. I wouldn't worry too much

Yep they definitely are that esp around the bends, the new shape swift in std form is much more rounded and girly compared to the last gen, but the updated sport looks great esp in blue...I was quite disappointed tho that its only got a 10hp or so more than the previous, it's around 136 now if I'm not mistaken?

Great little car none the less, I'm sure your wife will be very happy... great buy Mike

Lots of mods on that!

My wife got a Swift 1.3 oil burner with leather - she loves it.  She fills it up about once a year and I think she gets a refund on her tax disk!
