new wheels offer
« on: 18 September 2010, 16:21 »
hi people,my dads just decided to upgrade his bentley continental gt alloys to some chrome ones and was wondering if his original alloys will fit my mk4 18t??? will i need some adaptors?? or would they bolt straight on??? ,they are 20 inch so i know i may need to do some arch mods or possibly spacers but was just thinking will they be straight bolt on as i think there to good to pass up on lol,i need them in my life as im bored with the 18s

They will look huge..

They can be made to fit but will need adaptors..

Adaptors may make them too wide for your arches will renders them useless..

Get us some sizes and offsets etc and we will try and let you no..

How comes your dad drives a bentley but he makes you drive a mk4 golf tell him to get you a new golf or s3 lol

wtf????

Your dad is just giving you some bentely contintental wheels?

DO you realise how much tyres cost for those things? and how much those wheels cost?

Wheels and tyres that have a tolerance to go over 200mph are INCREDIBLY expensive.

are they not also like 12j wheels? If so, not a chance in hell you will get 12j 20" alloys under your arches? No way, it would cost you 5k in arch work to get them under.

Sell them, and you would probs get about 6k for the wheels!
