NGK Spark plugs - BKR7EIX - suitable for Mk6 GTI?

I've ordered these Iridium plugs as a replacement for my '09 Mk6 GTI.

A few places (awesome gti) say these are suitable but NGK's website says not.  The car is unmodified.

Should I fit them or return?
