Just throwing ideas around but both are contenders for me 

ONce we get a decent confirmed level of interest; I'm thinking at least 10 people or more, then I'll contact the two companies who i've got in mind and strike a deal

I like this one, but do they do Xsmall? (size 8-10)
and whats the spec on this? waterproof? fleece lined?
