Winter pack rear seats

Does anybody have there winter pack with rear outer heated seats? Just wondering how the heated seat part works? There is a panel in the rear for the climate control but nothing for the seats. Do they just get warm if you turn the climate heating up?

I think if you spec this option instead of there being just two buttons on this panel, they are halved in size and there is instead 4, two climate and two seats.

ah great, thanks for the photo. So mine hasn't got those buttons so I didn't get the full winter pack I ordered then, only the front half.

This is not my vehicle the picture was just for purposes of the question but I knew I'd seen it somewhere.

I have the winter pack 1 option so mine doesn't have these, I've got kids seats in the back so never needed them but in your case if you've ordered them then you'd best get onto the dealer for a refund or maybe they can add it. Good luck.

Confirmed, the factory didn't fit it even though it was on the order form.

Anyway car looks great and I'm sure this issue isn't the end of the world and you can still enjoy the car whilst you decide what to do about the rear seating issue.

Just for clarity, I have the heated outer rear seats, all four buttons (heating and seats) are in the position of those in your picture, but they are touch sensitive buttons just like the headlights, volume etc.

Hmmm, thanks for clarification, they missed it off my order clearly. All I have is a touch panel with heating controls which has confused me. I though it was only the extended winter pack that came with 3 zone climate control?

The extended pack on the VW site has `Air Care Climatronic` (3-zone) with rear air conditioning control panel' I have this but no heated seats?

This is what I have. I assume this is the standard panel? I thought 3 zones was only the extended pack?
