Vag com for mk3 engine tuning

Hi All ,is there anyone in the Bromsgrove area with vagcom ,as garages don’t want to get involved with older cars.Engine runs rich and can’t track down the cause,have done all the usual checks so a bit stumped .Any help would be appreciated thanks.
