Title: Coolant lek hose.

I have a coolant leak.
I think I've identified the leak, it's the connection of the hose to the other hoses (it's quite wet on it).
My question, how do I find this hose in the shop (part number)?
The wet hose in the photo - maybe the photo is not perfect, but maybe there is someone who can identify this?
Thanks over the top for any advice.

Have a search for 'coolant hose diagram' for whatever mk4 model you have, just as an example:

Then go digging somewhere like:

Or, just visit your friendly local VW spares place and point at the required item :)
