Title: Tuning experts (turbo) for a MK3 ABF 16v GTI?

Hi all, I've had some work done to my 1994 16v MK3 GTI, mainly Emerald ECU, ported/flowed head, hotter Kent cam, cold air induction kit, bigger injectors, stainless exhaust (4 branch manifold) full system. Puts out about 177 BHP on the dyno.

Am looking to get a bit more but not silly, up to 250 BHP would be epic. Was thinking of turbo low boost as a way forward for that. Any other ideas?

Also, MOST IMPORTANTLY, any recommended tuners for the MK3? I don't want to drop it off with some cowboy and screw up what's a pretty sorted car! Your recommendations, please and thank you!
