Bloody starter Motor or maybe wiring
« on: 15 February 2011, 12:05 »
alright.....dont think its an actual starter motor problem but whats happening is......whn you turn the key the car struggles to turn over like the battery is flat. but i asure you it isnt. it like there isnt enough charge going to it from the battery. is this just a wiring issue? cause tbh i can remember changing the starter and thinkin those wires look a bit fooooked. plus ive taken off the gbox earth cleaned it up and still the same any ideas?

Hi there

If you look on here for my post, I have the same problem, did all the cleaning of connection etc but did not resolve.... Just had my starter motor refurbed yesterday and to my surprise it was knackered, got it back half an hour ago so not had chance to refit to see if this has solved the problem..... Hoping it has
May be same problem, mine went from turning slowly to just clicking...
