Internal Radio Aerial?

Hey guys, my new car has a grommit in the aerial hole on the roof so the radio does not work.

Now that I work further away it would be handy to have a radio for the traffic updates but dont want to have an aerial on the top so is there anything I can wire up inside, think I saw some digital aerials that go alongside the windscreen?

Any suggestions on anything I could do?

I had one of these in my Mini and they work ok (not usually as good as an external) and you will need to use some really good sticky stuff to fix it to the screen. I don't know how much they are etc - my mate used to work in a car audi shop and got it from there.
