As you may or may not know I'm starting to build an Edition 30 register. All of you who've had plaques could you please have a look at this thread:-

Right then guys, since the plaques seem to be arriving (and I am a total ED30 geek) am thinking about starting an Edition 30 register. I saw this on the net when looking to buy mine

Build Number (ordered to run from 1 - 2300)
Registration Date
Build Date (if available)
Number Plate Age Indicator (e.g. 56, 07, 57, 08 etc)
Colour
Number Of Doors
Transmission (Manual or DSG)
Optional Extras

I will collate if you guys supply me with information into an excel sheet, and we can begin to publish possibly by me forwarding to a moderator here ? It cpuld serve as an additional database to the already busy and growing forum - attracting new members - am very happy to collate myself. Of course - it goes without saying that all information submitted will be kept secure and not divulged, trust me - I am in a job where I am trusted with extremely sensitive material.

Registration Date :- 30/05/2008
Build Date (if available) :- TBC
Number Plate Age Indicator (e.g. 56, 07, 57, 08 etc) :- 08
Colour :- Tornado Red
Number Of Doors :- 3 DR
Transmission (Manual or DSG) :- Manual
Optional Extras :- Centre Arm Rest, Rear Tints, RCD500 & Soundpack
If you'd like to add to the topic, and perhaps if it is successful we could sticky it - I'll update as we go along and liaise with a mod here.
Hope you all think it's a good idea - seems a natural place for it to be - on a mk5golfgti forum ! It can also add prestige (possibly even value in the long run) to the cars further on in their respective lives.
