Just had mine through the post this morning.  I had totally forgotten about it to be honest and have had no previous letter.  Just arrived recorded delivery in a large jiffy bag!  No. 0366 by the way.  :smiley:

I didn't get a letter in the first place either - just called a few times and confirmed they have my details and I got the plaque eventually.
It was a bit like the tooth fairy actually appearing!
