But wouldn't Sky rather sell a lot of cheap £10/month single channel packages than few £20 a month minimum packages? There's plenty of people like me who are not interested in Sky, just the F1 channel, but will not pay the high fee just to watch 1 channel twice every two weeks. The market for F1 viewers right now is massive out there, I'm sure 80% of people on here who do NOT want Sky would be happy paying £10 a month for a dedicated F1 channel.

If they wanted to do it, they would. They don't. Out of the average viewing figures most of them prob already have sky.

I have sky, I will watch it. Yer.

BBC gets 4-5 million viewers for the F1, sky sports record view number is something around 600,000.

Exactly, better having 4-5 million views of a mix of full packages and F1 packages than 600,000 of just full packages.

Just.... Just look at how sky operate. It's not like the BBC.

They don't need All those viewers, the fee is effectively already paid, they don't have to justify their purchases with viewing figures.

If they wanted to, they would, they don't. Get sky, cry, or watch highlights

So what you're saying is Sky doesn't need customers?

I'm sure Sky would love to have everyone onboard. It's any business' objective at the end of the day...

I'm saying F1's not their priority.  They have a lot more going on then F1

Are you dumb?

There's millions of people who are willing to pay £10/month to watch F1. Sky have the resources to open just 1 channel on freeview. Why miss out on millions of £ when it's right there infront of you?
