not trying to sound like a total noob here, especially since i jus fitted HID's to my car, but the 1 thing that stumped me is how the @*$%  do i take the side lights out???
tried twisting them, pulling squeezing, i jus cant figure it out!

Basically it's just a b**ch and prepare for scraped knuckles, blood and raw fingers.

Take a firm grip, pull hard and don't stop till it comes

Invest in either surgical pliers or snipe nose pliers

Unless you have a hand like Jeremy Beadle you will find it a painful experience!!

Managed it by taking hold of the wires and the bulb holder anf pulling. At first you think....Sh*t I'm gonna break this!

Used pliers to get mine out. There was blood everywhere until I got the pliers out

I love the way the manual says so simply "just grab and pull" or something along those lines

Are you all monster handed wimps? 

Get a small child to do it for you (after they've swept the chimney, of course)
