Just replaced my rear drivers side window motor with a second hand unit brought for GTI int 03.  All worked fine, up and down.

Then locked the car using the remote locking, unlocked the same way and the window opens 1/4 of the way??

Tried putting the window up and clicking on the switch 3 times?

Any ideas??

It is to do with you alarm if you enable it then disable in with in 30 sec or so it does it.  But for some reason it doesnt do it all the time .
