Something a little different.... I work in my Family wholesale fish and seafood business.

You must have so much brain power by eating all that fish and it costs you nothing. I love fish. Can we be new friends? You give me fish and I'll look after you in other ways.
I've always wanted a fish-wife as a friend. I'll settle for a fish-husband. But I want your best cuts.

Money does not work due to our balmy economy, so we can barter. How about my sister's sister-in law? She's a good cook, a bad driver and deaf. Deal?

Oh, do you have a sister for Exonian?

Technical Sales Manager, automotive design, manufacturer and global supply to OEM's; specialists in interior trim and seating components. Currently working on Golf MK7 steering wheel airbag assembly.

The only one actually earning the country money.  Most others seem to take the public purse.  Interesting.

Our owners are heavily backed by RBS so our earnings will unlimiately benefit us all. However, as you can imagine the last coouple of years have been dreadfully difficult. This year looks like it will be just fine though; been awarded projects with BMW, Mini, Ford, GM and Kia in the last six months so I'm gonna have a busy year. Am off to Thailand next week to discuss some parts for the new Ford Ranger. Thought I'd better make the most of the free flight so will be checking out the islands for 2 weeks.

What about you Egbutt? These days any job is a good job.

I work for an electronics manufacturing company developing new business opportunities (sort of like a project manager). The most relevant new customer to this forum which I helped to bring through the door was a company who make data logging equipment for race teams (typically touring cars and such like).

Fully taxed by UK Inland Revenue.  Too much trouble to up sticks from England.
Just a holiday home on IOM, great fishing, boating, walking, fresh air, few people, few speed limits, and the TT.

Good for you, the IOM's a great place; I love the riding over there, specially the millenium way.
