Weird time of year this..

I expect like everyone else im getting withdrawl symptoms of long (reasonably sunny/warm) summer nights with open roads and a tasty dub to enjoy them with, i just wondered how people are coping and what they are up 2 to make sure this year is one 2 remember for all things VW in their lives...

Im going to try and get my mk2 back on the road with the aid of a student loan.. dont fancy my chances lol

It's a time for drinking tea, reading Golf mags, searching for decent VW sites on the net and planning for this years shows.

Speaking on which http://www.dubfreeze.co.uk is the first show I know about for this year. I think it is mainly for air-cooled 'dubs. Anyone been to this event before?

Student loans... that's what bought my first GTI. Still paying the damn thing off 4 years later!!!
