Should I be useing super unleaded?

Now then guys
I have an edition 30 and the engine light keeps coming on the going back off. On the back of fuel cap it states use super unleaded? Car has been to vw once already to get light removed (fuel pressure sensor) was just wondering if not using the super unleaded may cause this?

Should not make much difference.

The ecu should adjust for the lower octane rating.
