Well Lights are Perfect, the beam with the LED is the same as xenons but much brighter and whiter. Road signs reflect back much better as do the road markings. Drove for a few hours last night and not a single person flashed at me proving the beam pattern is spot on! Main beam throw is about the same but brighter so I am very impressed with the upgrade

Yep, just like swapping the Xenon with a new one. Did try putting the lights on before putting it all back together to make sure there were no errors as I never (trust claims of makers) and all was good.

@Finglonga did you change out the main beam bulbs as well or just the dipped?

It is a Bi Xenon setup, dipped and main are the same bulb. Main beam is just a flap inside the headlight unit that flips up and down like a camera shutter.

To my knowledge the inner light (closer to the grill) also adds to the full beam, so if you wanted to increase full beam power you'd need to change it. Fairly easy to confirm if I'm wrong, just turn the full beam on and get out and check if the inner lights up  Maybe put some sunglasses on before checking

Nope it is just a marker LED on the MK7.

Ceramic coating hit 20 months old so gave it a bit of limescale / waterspot remover.
