OK, its not a golf and its not a GTi, its a 1.3 Jetta my son just bought, 257k mls, previous owner had it 26 years, he's a vw mechanic that my son works with, was his wife's car, came with a shed load of spares. It was a basic Jetta but it has been upgraded all with oem stuff, has 5 speed box put in, elec windows, has still got the seat covers on it so seats are like new, original stereo. Runs sweet on original engine, the bodywork is near perfect, has has two pukka resprays during its life. I was sceptical when he said he was buying it but I have to admit it doesn't look bad for a Jetta?
