abit of info which the last owner told me about the car:
-was rebuilt just over a year ago, cambelt and head gaskets done etc
-lowered
-bbs wheels
-had healthcheck at MOT (3/4/07) and they were on NSF 7mm OSF 6mm NSR 8mm OSR 8mm
-Debadged grill single headlamp
-Crystal cross-hair headlamps, Fogs
-16V smoked tail lights,
-DTM back box.
-Original interior which is in ok condition! appart from usual bolster wear. would like to replace these once i have some spare cash
-German Plates
-last owner had just spent £165 on a whole new brake set up, including, discs all round,pads on front, rear bearings both sides and brake hoses all round, excluding supply hoses.
-Also has had two new handbrake cables.
-The car was resprayed about 3 and half years ago at a cost of £2500 so im told
-Central locking
-Electric windows
-De-wipered on rear.
-Single wiper on front,
-Momo steering wheel and boss.
-Original Golf ball gear knob.
-new roof lining
Bad Points:
-2nd gear syncro crunches when cold.
-Also the odeometer stopped at 159482 miles.
since ive had it ive replaced the indicators with crystal ones. did put an eye brow spoiler on her but made the mistake of only putting 3 screws in to hold it on not thinking ill be driving over 300miles on the motorway(you can guess what happened next) and have also added my install to it although that is just thrown in at the moment as ive not had any time to do that but have made some pods for the helix components.
its also had over 7hours spent on it being clayed by myself as the paint work felt a lil bitty but is much better now.
