Hi all, Here's some pics of the 8v I picked up yesterday.  :smiley: Some bodywork issues to sort but fundamentally solid. Not like the sack of s**t I picked up last August and had to unload  :laugh: I ts LA9V BTW, (metallic black?)
If anyone knows the car I'd like to hear about it (or maybe not) it was previously in Swindon/Cheltenham/Bristol areas in 2007/2006/2005 so far as I can tell from the service book?

My project. The silver jap crap on the drive in the background is my speed machine (I know that's probably sacrilege around here!), but the Golf gives me that warm fuzzy feeling when I'm behind the wheel  :laugh:
