Don't think it needs resetting or anyting! Have fun doing it...and don't drop the gasket and spend 30mins trying to find it in your engine bay!!

Umm.....the manifold is defo worth cleaning. The EGR you could do on in about 30mins but the manifold will take a while longer. It's just a pain getting to the bolts as they well placed to give you enough of a work out trying to crack them all! I say do it...you will be surprised how much sh!t comes out of it all...

I was doing the EGR delete at the same time so I cannot say. Give yourself 3 hours to do a good job. Pressure wash would be ideal but I didn't have that available. Oven cleaner, scrap as much as you can out then rinse with water/pressure washer then spray it loads of oven cleaner til its foams out of the pipes.

Then rinse/pressure wash and repeat as necessary.

RAF Coningsby mate, near Boston. I am new to the area...don't have a clue weather Lincolnshire is a good place or not but loving the flat and straight roads ;)
