help on headlamps

i have a mark 5 golf which has the clear headlamps. however some of the models have the smoked kind which i feel look much better and make the car look more sporty. if anyone knows where i can get hold of some of the smoked kind plz let me know as dealers seem to be askin a lot of money for a replacement.

In all honesty I think it's going to be a while before some of the veedub accessory companies make after market mk5 lights, they'll wait until there's more of a demand before going into production I'd guess. Looks like the main stealers is probably your only option at the moment.  You could however look in the Golf+ & PVW mags and ring up some of the companies advertising in those to see if they stock any or are likely to in the near future.
