Heat wrapped the manifold today, was going to try changing myself but after removing a few bolts it stared pissing it down and I slowly lost the will to live so its booked into the garage for Monday

Also removed all the wheels to give them a bit of a freshen up.

Got them cleaned and rubbed down, will spray them tomorrow all being well.

Got the wheels all taped up yesterday and primer and first few coats of paint on.
Finished them off today.
Look ok just wanted to tidy them up. Planning on getting some new ones for summer.

I think some g60 arches and new wheels would make a massive difference.

Haven't posted for a while, car has been in garage getting stainless manifold fitted, dident fit so needed chopping and making fit.
Sounds really good almost like its angry

So after much looking at other golfs on net I decided mine was missing something :undecided:
So I have removed the single grill and the led indicators.
Also fitted some g60 arches and at the same time totally rolled the arches. Pleased with the end result.
Car is screaming out for some new wheels, I'm thinking 16" bbs reps?
