:Djust wanted to share my enjoyment with u guys after i spent a full day driving my cab - i havent really been able to drive it very much since i bought it in September, mainly because of weather but also because of lack of funds and the car not being ready. ive had the odd ride round the block and stuff but nothing major.
today was completely awesome, she hasnt been in for the bodywork and respray yet but she is finally roadworthy and i spent the entire day with the top down and boy did i have fun - i had atleast 3 hoots and numerous waves from other dubbers. A guy stopped and chatted to me about it in a petrol station and i felt really proud.
if the fun i have had today is anything to go by im so pleased that the money i have spent so far and will b spending in the future is totally worthwhile - for the first time ever she is parked outside my house rather than 6 miles away and i cant stop looking out the window - she looks feckin lovely
sorry about the long selfish post but i really do feel quite emotional and i swear im not drunk :'( im just really happy
to anyone thinking about getting a cab - DO IT (starsky and Hutch style)
thanks for hearing me out - im just gonna go rest my arms for a day or two
